Mary
Purmort has been a sales associate at Vintage Real Estate, LLC
for five plus years.
In those five years, she has become a valued member of the
Vintage Real Estate team.
Mary’s goal is to help buyers through all aspects of
buying a home or investment property, and to help sellers through
all the aspects of selling a property while getting the highest
price in the shortest amount of time.
Her fields of specialization include real estate owned
properties, first-time homebuyers, and residential real estate in
southern Allegheny and northern Washington Counties.
Mary’s
work experience is much more extensive than her real estate
endeavors.
A Michigan native, Mary began her career in the medical
field, with work experiences in office help, hospital floor care,
emergency room care, and orthopedic medical transcription.
While raising her family, she kept busy with these jobs as
well as spending time teaching nursery school, volunteering in
PTA’s, and assisting with the handicapped population.
After several relocations, Mary and her family moved to
Bethel Park, PA, and she has been working at Vintage Real Estate
since it opened in 2002.
Having
been personally transferred several times, Mary says that she has
first-hand experience as to what a family goes through during
relocation.
She enjoys using this knowledge to help other families
navigate the relocation process.
Also, as someone who has a handicapped child, Mary is both
sensitive and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to helping
families search for handicapped-accessible homes.
Mary
is a member of the REALTORS Association of Metropolitan
Pittsburgh, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the
National Association of Realtors.
Her hobbies include sewing, gardening, traveling, and
dining out.
